Aloha from the Hawai'i Island Fencing Association

Please take a look around our site and definitely contact us with questions and/or times you are visiting. We welcome visiting fencers who might enjoy crossing blades while on vacation or otherwise visiting our Island.  As we don't have convenient access to the mainland fencing community we would look forward to an opportunity to connect with other fencers. We have two sets of electric equipment - so bring your foil and let's play!

Weapons Workshop - 8/31

Four of us fencers got together to do some maintenance on our weapons and other electric equipment. We watched some swashbuckling movies, to help improve our fencing of course, and learned more about how to fix our foils.

As Hawaii is pretty hard on equipment we would like to do this more often, so let us know if you have some piece of fencing gear that needs fixing and we will definitely help.

Kids Fencing Class? - 8/28

We would like your opinion on offering a children's fencing class. Possible ages would range from 6 to 15. What would work? Any ideas are welcome please leave them on the Contact Us page.
